Individual and group counseling is a major focus of The Lakeside School.

Students receive the benefit of a counselor to work with on specific issues as well as develop more appropriate social skills which is reinforced by Community Based Instruction.

A Positive Behavior Management System coupled with The Lakeside School Code of Conduct create a well structured and organized approach to shaping behaviors, both in school and in the community.
